Den internationellt välkände kanadensiske filmregissören Peter Rowe gjorde 2007 filmen "Bortom den röda väggen: historien om Falun Gong"

Innan den sändes första gången i kanadensisk tv så utövade den kinesiska regimen otillbörliga och starka påtryckningar på CBC - vilka som en följd därav bland annat klippte bort fem minuter av det mest avslöjande materialet om regimens dödande och organstölder av levande samvetsfångar, utövare av falungong.
I Sverige har TV8 i maj och juni i år sänt Peter Rowes (ursprungliga) film vid flera tillfällen.

The Ottawa Citizen reported in 1994 that "In Chengdu, capital of Sichuan
province, photographs from a September sentencing at a sports stadium were
displayed prominently in the city centre for at least two months." In 1998,
30 people were killed in the soccer stadium in the southern city of
Shenzhen. 2001 saw public executions in stadiums, again in Sichuan province.
